FAQ

Can I join the promotion at any time?  

Yes, you can join at any moment of the month, you need to make sure that you will meet the stake requirements stated above within the period you opt-in. 

When will I receive my cashback?  

The Royal Cashback is paid every 5th working day of the next month. This means that, if the 5th falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be paid on the next working day(s) thereafter. 

How will I know I have received my Cashback?  

You will receive an e-mail & SMS confirming your Monthly Cashback. Visit your BetKing account, go to your transaction list where you will find a transaction called: “Manual Cashback”.    

How many times can I receive the Cashback? 

Your Cashback will be paid once monthly based on your staking activity from the previous month. 

What happens if I drop my stake value below the threshold of 3 million Naira?  

You will not be eligible to receive the cashback on that month, your whole month's activity counts towards the promotion evaluation.  

Will I receive other bonuses during the promotion or be able to participate in other promotions?  

Yes, you will be eligible for our weekly surprise Free Bets, you can take advantage of our Boosted Odds and Accumulator Bonus for additional winnings. You will also be eligible for other promotions if you meet the criteria for them.
